When making changes to your home or properties, very often structural alterations are required.  By this, we mean that removal of load bearing walls or stairs for example, may be required.  In these instances, we work with the appointed Structural Engineer to ensure that the works are completed according to their specification.

Pro Able Group Limited, Swansea is happy to recommend Structural Engineers, or, where necessary, work with the Structural Engineer appointed by a lender.

Throughout the works, we keep our clients informed and up-to-date on progress, so that at all times, you have a clear understanding of what stage the structural alterations are at.
